“I took everything out of the box (was packed very well) and laid it out. They included a couple extra plugs just in case. I checked and the air pump works fine. The lights do too. I've used similar hydroponic systems and this one compares well. It is very lightweight, but when it's full of water it's steady like a rock. The lights on top have a telescoping stem that allows them to be kept just above the tops of the plants. No hydroponic food is included, so be sure to grab a good brand when you buy this so you'll have it. Overall I very highly recommend this system!”

“I am very excited to try this! I have been reading up on how I can grow things year round in Minnesota. This came with everything you need EXCEPT the seeds. I am starting with herbs and edible flowers. It was easy to set up and you just pick which program you'd like to run. It knows what to do once you pick what you are growing. There are 10 pods to use but it came with a couple extra, along with little dome lids to protect your little plants. The light can be raised as your plants grow. Everything I read said to use heirloom seeds so that is what I'm using.”

“This product shipped fast and was nicely packaged. First thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was how scratched up the top was, and how thin a lot of the plastic was around both the light and the tank, the light doesn't seem to be sturdy in terms of the amount it wiggles left to right and there was a glob of glue to cover the wiring to the circulator for the tank….. so not sure about that part. It came with the pods, domes, two extra pod holders, some tweezers and the cord. I'm excited to see how this thing works once I get it up and running. Overall for the price, it's not bad but definitely could use some tweaks.”
